Yes! Still Missing Piece jewelry is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in small quantities in our California studio.
Each piece is carefully assembled and finished with attention to detail. Some designs may incorporate carefully selected, pre-made components.
We believe jewelry should feel personal, intentional, and uniquely yours.
What does Made-to-Order mean?
Made-to-Order means your jewelry is created or assembled after your order is placed, rather than being held as finished inventory.
This allows us to prepare each piece with care while minimizing unnecessary inventory.

Do you offer Ready-to-Ship jewelry?
Yes! While many of our pieces are made to order, selected designs may be available for immediate shipment.
Availability and processing times are indicated on individual product pages.
Can I request a different necklace or bracelet length?
Some designs offer multiple lengths or adjustable options, which are listed on the product page.
If you need a length outside our available options, please contact us before purchasing to discuss whether an adjustment is possible.
Please note that pieces altered to personalized specifications are considered custom orders and are final sale, except where required by applicable law.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to represent our pieces accurately through product photography.
However, slight variations may occur due to handcrafted details, natural materials, lighting, and screen settings.
Natural freshwater pearls, in particular, vary in shape, color, size, and surface characteristics. These differences are part of their individual beauty.
Can I purchase individual pieces from a jewelry set?
Availability depends on the design. Some matching pieces are sold separately, while certain sets are offered only as a complete collection.

Pieces from our Bridal Collection are specially wrapped in Bojagi, traditional Korean wrapping cloth, adding a meaningful touch of elegance and tradition to your special occasion.
