Refund policy

Return Window

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within the following timeframes:

General Jewelry: Within 10 days of delivery.

Fine Jewelry, Bridal Pieces, and Made-to-Order Pieces: Within 7 days of delivery.

The Return Process

To ensure a secure and seamless experience, Still Missing Piece provides a prepaid, insured return label for all approved domestic returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@stillmissingpiece.com with your order number.

Handling Fees

To cover the cost of insured return shipping, inspection, and artisan restocking, the following fees will be deducted from your final refund:

Orders under $300: $8 return shipping and handling fee

Orders $300–$1,000: 10% return handling fee, with a minimum fee of $25

Fine jewelry, bridal pieces, and select made-to-order pieces: 15% inspection and restocking fee

Custom, personalized, and final sale items: Non-returnable

For orders containing 4 or more items, up to 2 items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Additional returned items will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, free of perfumes, lotions, oils, makeup transfer, scratches, bent posts, or visible signs of wear or handling beyond a standard try-on.

Returned items must include:

All original packaging, including the jewelry box and Bojagi wrap

Complete return of all items originally sold as a set

Return package scanned by the carrier within 7 days of receiving your return label

Because our bridal and occasion pieces are delicate and handcrafted, all returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.

Items showing signs of wear, event use, styling or photography use, alteration, damage, or excessive handling do not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom or personalized pieces

International orders

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Original shipping fees, including Express and Priority shipping

Damages & Discrepancies

Please inspect your piece upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. We will prioritize a replacement or refund whenever applicable.

Warranty

Still Missing Piece offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal wear. For repair inquiries, please contact us at care@stillmissingpiece.com. Terms and conditions apply.

Still Missing Piece reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
