Shipping policy

Crafting Your Piece 

Each Still Missing Piece creation is thoughtfully handcrafted to order in our California studio. 

Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for your piece to be carefully crafted prior to shipment.


Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. 

Processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods.


Domestic Shipping (USA) 

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your piece arrives safely:


Standard (4–7 business days): $7

Priority (3–5 business days): $12 

Express (2 business days): $28


Complimentary Shipping: Orders of $200 or more ship free via USPS Priority.


Signature Required: For added security, orders exceeding $250 will require a signature upon delivery.


Order Edits & Cancellations 

As each piece is made to order, production begins shortly after purchase. 

Requests for changes or cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.


Please contact us at care@stillmissingpiece.com with your order number. 

Once production has begun, we are unable to accommodate further modifications.


Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages 

If your tracking indicates “Delivered” but you are unable to locate your package, please contact us within 7 days.


Damaged Items: 

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage or signs of tampering, contact us within 24 hours with photo documentation of both the outer packaging and the item.


Liability: 

Once marked as delivered by the carrier, packages are considered successfully fulfilled. Still Missing Piece is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.


International Shipping 

Rates: $15–$25 depending on destination 

Transit Time: Typically 2–4 weeks, subject to customs processing 


Final Sale: International orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


Duties & Taxes: 

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
