Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for general jewelry and 7 days for bridal and fine jewelry. Prepaid return labels are provided for eligible U.S. returns, with fees starting at $8. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

Warranty

Every Still Missing Piece creation is backed by a six-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
